Satyakki Bhattacharjee is a post graduate in Management and a Hay Group accredited Leadership Development Professional. Satyakki started his career 17 years back with Sumitomo Group and is an HR professional who has positively impacted people management practices in several sectors such as Manufacturing, Services, Software, Biotech and ITES.
Satyakki chose to join the fast growing media and entertainment industry and currently leads the people practices of MCCS (An ABP group company) as Vice President – Human Resources.
Before his media stint, he was with IBM India Management Development and was responsible for leadership pipeline of the top talents.
Satyakki is a firm believer in McClelland’s Achievement Syndrome, and has very passionately taken it overseas to many versatile leadership groups.
